Service Agreement
McNamee Solutions provides premium concierge services, including luxury travel arrangements, lifestyle management, event coordination, and related lifestyle services.
We act as a professional intermediary between the Client and third-party vendors.
Fees & Transaction Currency
All service fees are due at the time of booking to secure arrangements.
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Vendor costs are billed separately and are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
McNamee Solutions Service Fees:
Service fees are non-refundable once booking arrangements have commenced.
Bookings canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
Vendor Policies:
Cancellations made outside the 48-hour window may be subject to a 5% administrative processing fee.
Third-party vendor cancellation policies (resorts, charters, excursions, etc.) apply independently and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Delivery Policy
Upon successful payment, a digital confirmation and/or service voucher will be delivered via email to the address provided within one (1) hour.
Services are considered delivered once confirmation has been issued or the scheduled service has been fulfilled.
No physical goods are shipped.
Liability & Legal Restrictions
McNamee Solutions acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the performance, safety standards, delays, or actions of third-party vendors.
Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, travel regulations, and export restrictions relevant to their destination.
Privacy & Security
All payments are securely processed via Visa Cybersource using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
Client information is handled with strict confidentiality and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.
